Where we collect or handle “sensitive information” (such as health data, race, religion, etc.), additional protection and consent requirements may apply under the APPs.

6. Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfers

When disclosing information overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the APPs or comparable protections. Countries to which disclosures are likely to occur will be listed on our website or upon request.

You have rights under APP 12 and APP 13 to request access to and correction of your personal information. Requests will be responded to within a reasonable period. If a request is refused, we will provide reasons and steps for escalation.
